  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid Royal Mail shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the front of your parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package in at any local Post Office and keep your proof of postage; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
